Why book direct instead of through Airbnb or VRBO?
Three reasons: no guest service fees (which can be 14–20% on Airbnb), a free welcome gift in every property, and an extra 3% off when you pay through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Same property, lower total cost.
Is booking direct safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe (the same payment infrastructure used by major hotels and airlines), and every direct booking is covered by Hospitable’s Truvi damage protection — a $5M policy with $0 deductible. You’re covered the same way an Airbnb booking would be.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Within 5 days of arrival, our standard cancellation terms apply (shown at booking).
Can I bring my pet?
Several of our properties are pet-friendly with reduced pet fees. Check the individual listing on the booking page for each property’s pet policy.
How do I check in?
All properties use self check-in. We send detailed instructions 48 hours before your arrival, including door codes, parking info, and the WiFi password.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe at booking. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal for an additional 3% discount — just message us after booking and we’ll arrange it.

Are early check-in or late check-out available?
We try to accommodate when scheduling allows. Just ask after booking and we’ll do our best.
