The private lower level of our Hillman City duplex — 1,000 sq ft with its own entrance, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, heat pump heating and cooling in every room, and a 75-inch Smart TV in the living room. Your dog is welcome in the fenced backyard, and check-in is self-serve by smartlock whenever you arrive.
Sleeping is a queen in the first bedroom, a full bed in the second, plus a sofa and love seat in the living room and a fold-out floor mattress — five guests comfortably. Seward Park and Columbia City are minutes away, downtown Seattle is about 14 minutes, and Lake Washington is practically around the corner.
