Note: The HOA may schedule a 1–2 day deck repair anytime between October 2025 through February 2026 (dates confirmed only 1–2 weeks prior). Project hours are scheduled 8AM-5M. If scaffolding is scheduled, then the outdoor furniture may need to be moved inside. You may use the lanai after 5pm unless it is taped off.

Centrally located while away from the hustle and bustle of central Waikiki. The condo is in the beginning of the main Waikiki strip on Kalakaua Avenue. You notice the unique Y shaped building of the Ilikai. Inexpensive breakfast places nearby including McDonald's. The dining at the Ilikai is top notch! The famous among locals and visitors alike, now our guests are lucky enough to have The Aroma Cafe, enjoy authentic, high quality, Italian coffee at the Ilikai Hotel. Open daily from 6AM to 4PM. Other features include the free Friday night live music and Hula Show in the Ilikai courtyard from 6PM to 8PM and the free Friday night fireworks display in front of the Hilton Hawaiian village next door at 7:45PM. The fireworks are viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian village lagoon, which is right as you exit out the back walking path from the Ilikai. Also the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon is for the public and is a great feature for the kids! The Ilikai is located right next to Duke Kahanamoku Beach which was named best U.S. beach for 2014.

🚗 Parking One complimentary parking spot is included in the secure garage. The key fob for access will be located inside the unit. Kindly return it to its designated spot before check-out. 🧺 Laundry Coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. Each cycle costs approximately $4 and can be paid via a credit card app. 🏡 Full Access Enjoy full access to the entire apartment – make yourself at home! You’ll also have access to two pools: The large Ilikai pool on the lobby level A wading pool located on the recreation deck (2nd floor) 📦 Mail & Deliveries Please note: guests do not have access to the unit's mailbox. We recommend sending any mail or packages to a nearby PO box or package lockbox service. ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when scheduling allows. 🪳 Pest Control Routine pest control is performed at least twice a year by the HOA to ensure a comfortable, bug-free stay. Please note that scheduling is handled by the building and may not be flexible. 🌺 Aloha Friday Festivities! Don’t miss the free Friday night hula show and fireworks at 7:30 PM! Great location and great condo. Close to the beach and close to many restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk to the more populated areas of Waikiki but we enjoy walking.

We were referred to this building by family from Oahu, and our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. For the unit, the photos reflect well and the modern updates made it very comfortable. Everything was in great order and cleaned well. Parking included was greatly appreciated and the king bed (a rare find) was a highlight as we co-sleep with our 1 yr old who still nurses at night. Our elementary aged kids slept well on the pull out and were excited to have the tv (of course haha). Tracy and Quyen are wonderful hosts -- super cool, very responsive, personable and proactively helpful. The location is prime! Walkable to all great restaurants, shopping and beaches. The building is very popular and well run. There was an event or offering almost every evening, and the shops, cafes, restaurant and ice cream shop were all great. The elevators get busy but never a long wait. The few times we went to the pools they were clean, monitored well, and not packed. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right in the heart of Waikiki. Lots of stores and restaurants just a quick walk away or even in the same hotel! There’s access to a beach and lagoon with perfect view of the sunset each night. The hosts were very responsive and gave suggestions on things to do and eat on the island. Everything was very clean and well kept, with plenty of towels and beach chairs to use! Great condo and a great stay!

We have stayed at the ilikai before and find it a great place. This unit was in great shape, excellent AC (for me that’s important) I can’t sleep when it’s hot, bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice, kitchen clean and organized, smart TV, city view is great. Included parking spot makes this that much better! Nice pool! There is a nice restaurant we grabbed wings at downstairs, the market convenient store in the lobby comes in handy and finally my son I think tried every flavor of ice cream at the lobby level Dave’s ice cream! We left before the fireworks this time, but generally there are fireworks on Friday night, next door and it’s so nice walking right outside to see them.

Very walkable to lots of stores and restaurants, and the beach! The parking spot is a little tight but that’s to be expected in Waikiki :). Nice view of the city and peaceful location. Host is also very responsive and knows just about everything you need to know.

Perfect staycation in Waikiki. The place was beautiful and spacious. Super clean and the city view was everything! Tracy was very helpful on my stay I hope to book again soon!

Find Us

In front of the condo building, there is a bus stop that goes around the Waikiki. You certainly don't need a car in Honolulu, but it would be a huge bonus to allow you the flexibility and freedom to explore the entire island and go anywhere anytime you wish !
